I haven't been able to solve the problem yet. In order to do my current work, I turned on the mouse pointer from Windows settings. It seems very strange but I have to keep working until the problem is solved. An error occurred while saving the comment Gokhank commentedWhile using Illustrator for the last month, the mouse was sometimes moving on its own, but today it started to disappear when I dragged it to the work area. I tried these.
1- I completely uninstalled creative cloud and reinstalled it.
2- I installed it from older versions of Illustrator.
3- I talked to Adobe support via chat. It connected to my computer.
4- I cleaned everything with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.but this problem is not solved. I don't have any problems in Photoshop, but I have this problem in Illustrator.

I reinstalled windows 11 from scratch. There is no problem right now. I'm worried about having the same problem again when I reinstall the updates.
