An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Gould commentedI love InDesign, but I find it a waste of time to link all my images and vector graphics, so I usually avoid using it. The issue is I miss everything in InDesign that should be in Illustrator.
Can we have all the features that Indesign eyedropper has had for many years?
Load the eyedropper with a text/paragraph/graphic style and keep that style. Then, drag over the text to change it, and hold all information to do it multiple times.

Eyedropper is now available in the color picker dialogue to help you select color from your artwork.
Please download the latest version of Illustrator (V29.2 and above) to experience the changes and let us know your feedback.

@Egor Chistyakov, Okay, I get it. But how would someone find this thread and vote on it? I see a filter for "NEW," but this thread wouldn't come up in that search; the issue I am saying is by combining an idea with another one, you are relying too much on the original poster of the great idea to have a great explanation and title for the suggested feature so people would vote on it, I've wondered why this is not in Illustrator for so many years, but now I know why.
This system relies too much on people to think of the idea. Just look, we have 16 people who have thought of the idea, but there are no extra votes. Why is that?
