   The team informs this issue has been addressed with the latest latest Beta build 29.6.57. Now using Include Linked Files option on saving doesn’t result in image shifting on these read back. Please update and test, to see if it’s really fixed.

   After I saved the .ai file, all the images and the links got moved.
