   I have this issue too.
   When trying to navigate between the C, M, Y, K value fields using the Tab key, the panel simply collapses:

   The color temporarily disappears;

   The sliders disappear;

   And the active field no longer looks active.

   The only way to continue is to enter a value, press Enter, then click manually on the next field, enter the value again, press Enter... and so on.
   In other words, it’s impossible to use the Tab key normally, which makes color editing much slower and more confusing.

   It remains the same with the 30.0 update.
