    Based on some recent comments reopening this. The comment, though, are confusing as of now and do indicate to right version where a break in functionality could be established and different people reporting different behavior with same version. Team will investigate this again.

    When "Real-Time Drawing and Editing" is enabled, everything works fine. Otherwise, it becomes bugged. v30.4
