    Hi Alec, could you please try if the latest release of Illustrator fixed the crashes? If not, could you please share example files that crash Illustrator? A crash is the worst experience for a user and has the highest priority.

    We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.

    Thanks Alec! I logged your feature request. I agree that it is annoying if SVG content on the clipboard gets pasted as text instead of displaying it as art.
