We have tried to fix the issue in the current release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.

This happens most probably because the rulers mode set differently.
You can toggle it with View > Rulers > Change To Global/Artboard Rulers command.

I have found that is a result of maybe one vertex that is outside of the master artboard. I would do a path cleanup to remove stray vertex or scale your project. change the document rasterization to 300dpi or more.
