    We are able to reproduce this issue at our end and the engineering team is currently isolating this issue further to get to the root cause.

    Hello all... This worked for me:

    - In Illustrator
    - Press (H) to invoke the Hand Tool
    - Press (V) to invoke the Selection Tool
    - Now, pressing spacebar will allow in-process use of Hand Tool
