   I wouldn't say it's broken but it seems to perform the action multiple times in quick succession, both forward and backwards, almost like the undo / redo is a play button... I've also noticed the same with nudging objects around the screen.

   I'm having the same issue. Normally a mac user, but temporarily trying to use Adobe tools on a PC. The new document dialog is completely unusable - here is a screen shot of what I'm getting https://www.dropbox.com/s/31fwb0gy98e2cfh/Illustrator%20newDialog.PNG
