I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

I position my work space on my primary monitor, and a set of palettes, including Color and Swatches on my secondary monitor.
When clicking on either the Stroke or Fill, my palettes pop over to the primary monitor. This also happens when I click on Fill/Stroke on the tools panel.
Attached is a JPG of the current workspace, with palettes on the second monitor, and a GIF of the result of clicking on Fill/Stroke.

We have a feature to popup colors panel when you click on fill/stroke proxy. Please remove the colors panel from the the workspace when it pops-up you should be fine. When I say remove you just have to remove from the dock and keep it as a floating

Hi Anish,
This is not resolved, and that's not a feature. Having the color panel open and docked is certainly not an unusual workspace setup, and yet many of us now need to do a work-around in order to avoid interruption from your "feature". It's a very disappointing user experience.
