    It is now obvious the issue was not fixed fully. The developers are aware of it now. Let’s hope it will be fixed soon enough.

    If you have a solid order of steps which reproduce this behavior, share them in comments, because only some machines are affected. Please help the team to isolate it.

    I have a solution for the above problem in transforming object. I found that Illustrator enabled "align to pixel grid". It altered my object position a bit to "fit" to the pixel grid. The solution is : Disable "Align to Pixel Gird" function by:
    1) Transform panel >> disable "Align New Objects to Pixel Grid" in the "options" list.
    2) For any existing objects, select them and UNCLICK the check box of "Align to Pixel Grid" in the "Transform panel".
