Hi Everyone,
All the effect checkboxes have now been set to ON by default, and are sticky (meaning that if you disable preview, on next launch of Illustrator preview will remain disabled). This functionality now is available in our latest release build – 24.1.1 for Win and 24.1 for Mac which is available worldwide now.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jay commentedUsing the Photoshop model of layer folders, provide the ability to group fills and strokes within the Appearance panel. These groups could then have opacity, effects, etc. applied at the Group level.
E.g. a complex stroke pattern could be built within a group using multiple styles, and then that pattern could be "embossed" onto another underlaying style using Overlay or Hard Light. The overall effect could then be contained within a single path and could be saved as a single Graphic Style.

Same issue. Opacity masks are not updating and require a CMD-Y toggle off-on to view results. version 25.1 on OS X with Radeon Pro 5500M acceleration turned on.
