Same here, had my workspaces saved, now they're gone, not even the "Reset Workspace", "New Workspace" or "Workspace settings" are working. Thought it was something related to the update, so I downgrade my illustrator and still have same issues please help, can't work opening all the windows again every time I start Ai.
