    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. We have fixed similar issue in 23.0.3,
    Can you please upgrade to 23.0.3 and let us know if your problem is resolved or not?

    I'm experiencing a similar issue (I haven't tried pressing 'F'): when opening a file, the artboard or file never appears. I just see the home screen. The workaround so far has been to close the file and then reopen it.
