   SOLVED for me too.
   I quit Safari and it worked. It looks like Safari is using the same key-shortcut function. I find it unacceptable that Safari can do this when using any of the Adobe Suite programs. I wonder what it's using that we can't see. I hope Adobe will be able to have better control over these issues.
