   Hi Everyone,

   This functionality has been shipped in June-2021 version of Illustrator.

   The option "Paste without Formatting (Alt+Ctrl+V)’ has been added to the ‘Edit’ Menu.

   I'm going to add another designer name to this issue. If I'm missing something PLEASE let me know. This is an issue almost every time I work in Illustrator.

   This issue has been fixed with version 24.

   The Effects dialog now scales as per the system/monitor DPI settings.

   I'm still having this issue in in design and in Photoshop and illustrator when I connect to another screen. My file browser is all kinds of distorted and character menus aren't legible because they're too big. It's super frustrating.
