As posted on, it DOES NOT affect 23.0.3, just my versino of 23.0.6.
Alt scroll works on Photoshop, but not Illustrator.
Alt+Ctrl+Space still works to enable the zoom tool, but only Ctrl+scroll works to zoom in and out instead of Alt+scroll
Suggestion, you can always use the "Asset Export" window, drag what you want to send out, export to PDF, and continue working within the same file. And the asset will update with changes (but no new items, say, a new text box) as you work, so if you change colors, text already in boxes, etc., it'll update the Asset PDF to export for one click export
