Scroll zoom not working
When I zoom in using alt + scroll down, the canvas jitters; it zooms out then in.

Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

Scrolling is also not working; when I scroll down, the canvas jitters up and down.

I also have issues with just scrolling the canvas, when I scroll down, the whole canvas moves up and down, it jitters.
