Allow gradient swatches to be added to CC library

It's great to have colors in the cc library but why can't those colors be gradients too? Please allow us to add gradient swatches to the cc library. Thanks

We have released the support for Gradient swatches in CC library with our latest release - v29.3

You can select the gradient swatch in swatches panel and add it to CC Library through the button on the bottom bar in the panel. You can also select any object which has gradient applied and add that gradient to CC Library through Add Elements from the Libraries panel and choose Fill Gradient from the drop-down menu.

Please update to this version from your Creative Cloud Desktop application and let us know your feedback.

    Agree! I am a relatively new user, but it would be a great addition to your products if it were possible to copy a gradient swatch to the library.

    Yes! It is so frustrating that I cannot add gradient swatches to the CC library! Please let us know when this feature is available.

    Any updates on this feature request? I'm on the latest CC update and still can't add gradient swatches to my library. Is there a workaround?

    The company I work for uses several gradients. Why is it not possible to add them to a CC library? Please make this a feature.

    Yes, pattern swatches too! Also brushes to CC libraries.

    I also would like this feature. It's truly a bad oversight on Adobe to not include gradients or patterns swatches as options for a cc library.

    And pattern fill swatches too! Separately, save pattern brushes to CC Libraries, and integrate pattern brushes with Capture.

    So agree with this!!! I need to use the same gradients over and over and I cannot figure out how to get them so they just open automatically with my files or when I open libraries.

    I totally agree. You should also be allowed to add gradients to folders in the swatches panel.

    Yeah I have to copy gradients from other files. so annoying

    Yes, I agree. This limitation is annoying.
