Add motion blur effect
We have radial, gaussian, but no motion blur. Please, add one.

This is so far past due. No motion blur in Illustrator is BRUTAL.

Seriously, just copy over the Photoshop motion blur effect. And maybe some of the other blur effects in PS's effects>blur gallery menu while you're at it?
