Right Click Menu Enhancements (Cut, Copy, Paste, Lock, Unlock, etc)
Can you please add simple tasks like "Lock / UnLock" and "Cut, Copy, Paste" to the the right-click menu? This would help speed up workflow and make illustrator more integrated with other Adobe products. I can right-click my mouse and quickly copy and paste in Indesign and even in Microsoft Word, but not in Illustrator? It's odd. Please consider fixing this. Thank you.
Illustrator today has Cut, Copy, Paste and other Paste variants in the context menu.
However, Lock and Hide are missing still. Please continue voting and commenting if you need these items.

Like any other software ever, you would expect there to be a pop-up menu when right-clicking on a layer. For some reason, this has always been lacking in Ai, and has been bugging me since day 1.
The pop up menu should include all standard stuff like: copy / paste / duplicate / group / ungroup etc.
What I especially miss is a "rename all" button when selecting multiple layers.
Everyone always ends up with many many layers, yet there is no way to multiple rename layers!?Also, a quick export option would be great to have in a simple right-click pop-up menu!

To make Adobe Illustrator easier to use and more accessible, it would be helpful to have Copy, Paste, Paste in place, and Clear commands included in the contextual menu (right-click menu). Beyond that, I would like to have the ability to customize the contextual menu to help further refine and streamline the options to those most frequently used.

Every time I want to flip vertical or horizontal I right click and then... oh, I need to go to the Transform palette hamburger menu to get that command! It really should be available as a right-click like in InDesign:
Right click > Transform > ...

I never use right-click menu, and I really wish to.
I think it should be customizable and have real CONTEXT commands at it by default.
