Saving document should not kick you out of isolation mode
Sometimes I work deep inside some nested object and feel strong urge to save document. When I do it, AI quits isolation mode and I have to go 10 levels in again to continue my work. That's rude.
Please make AI respect my isolation tunneling when saving.

I have this issue as well. When I enter into a group or several groups, and then save, Illustrator exits me back to the top-level, which is quite annoying if I want to continue working in the group I was in. It has had this behaviour as long as I can remember, going back 10 years.
macOS Sonoma 14.5
Illustrator version 28.5 -

Saving the file while working and being into Isolated group, exits the isolation mode, being quite annoying and counterproductive.
If you have a lot of groups and subgroups, editing editing on a high level isolated group and saving in the middle of work it's quite a pain ********** to go back and enter again in that multi level group. I don't remember having this issue with earlier versions as I do save a lot while working. -

1. Windows 10 x64, Illustrator CC 22.1 65-bit
2. Enter a group in isolation mode. Save the file.
3. Illustrator saves the file and remains in isolation mode.
4. Illustrator saves the file and exits isolation mode. This is the same as https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-feature-requests/suggestions/34778884-saving-document-should-not-kick-you-out-of-isolati, but filed as a bug as per https://forums.adobe.com/message/10553605#10553605.
