Precision for Wacom in illustrator is absurdly painful! Can't select nodes! This has been a bug for ages!
Improve Wacom support! Using even the latest wacom intuos pro it's impossible to select a node when drawing as it expects you to hit the exact pixel... Who can do that!!!!!

this still does not work and it's driving me crazy: a user must place the cursor EXACTLY at dead-center of the anchor to be able to grab it, it's painful how often this doesn't happen and destroys my workflow having to re-select the point so i can see the anchor over and over again.
There are several feature requests on this topic. PLEASE Adobe fix the selection tolerance -

Has anyone discovered how to improve any of this? it's still f*cking garbage after years of issues. It actually impedes my workflow and I spend valuable time repeating movements/selections just to accomplish basic functions that were once flawless. This is my livelihood and these are my tools and everything seems to have gotten progressively worse—and when I do contact Adobe, nothing EVER gets resolved. I used to love my adobe products, now I hate using them most of the time—especially Illustrator where I spend 85% of my time working. God forbid that adobe ever consults with the people actually using their products on a daily basis to fix anything. Problems just go ignored for years. Awesome

Have you tried to increase the selection tolerance? And, have you calibrated your Wacom area and decreasing the pen pressure?

It is ABSURD and painful. Rearranging the UI with its one-pixel hit state, and transforms always wanting to rotate rather than scale, or scale rather than stretch. It's awful when it should be fantastic. Other programs all get it right.
