Show list of open files in different menu place / separate panel
The open files are under Window menu, that is a large list to scroll and locate the files. I think it will be better to have an open files menu only for that. Also could be nice to have a button to browse them all, or a different method, like a panel.

Créer une fenêtre indépendante avec tous les noms des fichiers ouverts, avec la possibilité de naviguer entre les fenêtres en cliquant simplement sur le nom au lieu des onglets.
Cela donnerait une meilleure navigation et une vision globale plus rapide.(Sur mon screen, j'ai essayé un script qui a fonctionné avec une fenêtre indépendante mais l'UI est tellement lourde qu'illustrator ne répond plus )

In my case, the screen resolution is 1920x1080 and I usually work with about twenty files open at the same time.

Perhaps a nested submenu at the top of the Window menu would be a better solution than the current one.
I also often work with many files open at the same time but currently I use the drop-down menu next to the tabs [>>] to quickly browse and move between opened files -
