Crashes on opening any file when minimized into dock

Illustrator 29.6 - macOS 15.5 - macmini m2pro

Opening .SVG file the app crashes. At second try open file correctly. Tried many different SVGs...

    I think I got it....
    It happens when the app is minimized on the dock and crash opening ANY file.

    Open Adobe Illustrator 29.6 or latest beta
    🟡 Yellow dot = Minimize to Dock
    Try to open SVG/AI etc
    It crashes
    - If app is not minimized works as usual.
