Allow to disable Rich Tool Tips right from the rich tool tips
'How to hide these popups for tools?' is one of the most common questions I see here and there (the most popular being 'how to show the resizing frame back?').
The answer is 'disable Show Rich Tool Tips in Preferences > General', but it requires knowledge, and Ai never directs new users there.
What if we could just CLOSE one or all hints right there, in a hint itself?

I agree. These pop-ups that show you how to use the tools are annoying as **** and often obstruct the actual design I'm working on. Isn't it enough that we get pop-up ads on every other app or website? Why do we need these annoying things in a design program that we pay a lot of money to be able to use?

It would be great to have a tooltip switch in the program's top panel, as it is not possible to disable them from the first launch of Illustrator, and it's not very obvious in general. Therefore, I suggest adding a toggle switch for these tooltips. While they are indeed helpful, it's not always easy to remember what each tool is for. However, during active work, having the tooltips constantly displayed can be distracting, and to turn them off, one has to go into the settings and disable "Show tool tip." It would be nice if tooltips were also implemented for the effects menu and the entire menu.

Please add a X to the big distracting Tool Tips. Clicking the X should hide the tip for that specific tool.
This will keep the tips for less used tools, but gets rid of the annoying tips for tools that we are using for decades. It will personalize the help system.

Well, Rich Tool Tips is a thing one can disable in General > Show Rich Tool Tips. And the notion that being pro is enough to be able to find and disable it a valid one, I think...

I appreciate you want to make your software more accessible but these features ruin the pro-user experience add better control over libraries while your at it I should be able to disable libraries once and globally.
