Managing Plug-ins
Isn't it about time Adobe offered a better solution to enabling and disabling plug-ins? A simple list with enable and disable option would suffice. It would really make debugging a lot quicker. Especially in Illustrator.

There’s a general request about deactivating anything — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/32612413 — but I’d say hiding a plugin’s command (if there’s any) doesn’t meant disabling the .aip in the folder. And surely pulling a plugin off like this would certainly require relaunching the app, unfortunately. So yeah, this is a very valid request. Upvoting it.
