'Position-Lockable' Text Boxes/text
Would it be possible to be able to 'lock' the position of a text box/line of text, but for the text content still be editable? This would be great for templated work, or just to make sure nothing shifts on the artboard to keep consistency.?

It would be awesome to have a "Content-Only" lock feature for text in Illustrator, just like the one in Adobe Express. Right now, when I am quickly updating text-heavy templates, it's very easy to have things shift around. A lock setting that lets me click (or double-click) to type new words but freezes the position, size, and fonts would allow me to quickly and efficiently edit templates without variation because of small mistakes over time.
