1. A blank white popup window opens over a file when opening.

   Closing the window gets it out of the way & I can continue. It only happens the first time I launch AI and then open a file.

   I'm on a 2016 MacBook Pro running Catalina & Illustrator 24.0.

2. Recent work thumbnails are missing on the welcome page

   When I launch my latest version of the Desktop illustrator app there are no more visible the thumbnails of the recent work. Please bring it back.

   Currently using Illustrator 25.4.1. (64bit) on latest update of Windows 10

   Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator/25.4/Adobe Illustrator
   Win: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Logs\Adobe Illustrator\25.4\Adobe Illustrator

3. ファイルを開けない

   1　windows11　Illustrator v26.2.1
   2 ｐｃを立ち上げて１回目のイラレ起動
   3 起動直後に出てくるクラウドファイルの履歴画面から開く
   4 開かないのでメニューバーのファイルから開こうとするが開かない。フリーズしているわけではないので終了し、再度起動すると開ける　アップデート後から？最近毎回これです。

   ご報告いただいた「Windows 11 でファイルを開けない」という問題についてですが、まず「Windows 11 はまだサポート対象外」であることをご了承ください。

   その上で、いくつか質問させていただきます。

   • 開けないファイルは「クラウド」、「コンピューター（ローカル）」の両方ともですか？
   • PC 起動後の最初の Illustrator 起動だけで、２回目以降の起動では全く問題はありませんか？
