The illustrator app just crashes when loading. It opens up the main screen and then closes. I have updated my iPad software.
Illustrator won’t load. Both my app and iPad are up to date but still not letting me use it. It was working perfectly fine the first time and then all of sudden not working at all. Please let me know how I can fix this or if you need any more feedback.

I cannot use this app AT ALL anymore and it’s so frustrating. This is my profession and now I can’t use the main app that I need to draw and design. What gives? The app worked fairly well with occasional crashes until the last 2 recent updates. Now I can’t use it at all. App crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to open an existing file. And they aren’t super huge or complex files. I’m using an iPad Pro 9.7 inch with OS 15.6.1 installed. How can this app be so broken and when these issues be fixed??

I am unable to use illustrator because the loading symbol won’t go away and then freezes!

Hi, I recently installed illustrator on a trial subscription and for four days it worked perfectly and I was really enjoying it and starting to do some proper work with it. On the 28th of October, in the evening, I tried to open it and the splash screen appeared and then vanished about half a second later and the application didn’t open and it has done exactly the same ever since. I cannot open Illustrator at all. I’m using an iPad Air third generation, which is only five weeks old and the operating system is 14.1 which is up-to-date. I tried switching my iPad off and back on and then I uninstalled and reinstalled illustrator but nothing changed. I contacted Support the following morning and they asked me to submit a crash report saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. I submitted the report but heard nothing more. This evening I contacted Support again who asked me to uninstall and reinstall the software again but it made no difference and then I was asked to contact you. Illustrator broke at about the same time that fresco was updated. Was illustrator updated at the same time and has that broken it? I hope you will be able to help fix it soon as I was working on a project that I want to finish and I would like to take out a subscription but not if it doesn’t work :-( i’ve attached a crash report.
