Changing Brush Stroke weight/width changes every other brush stroke in a document
Steps:
- Select Calligraphy Brush
- Draw line with brush
- Deselect (use a different tool, work on a different layer etc)
- Go back and select Calligraphy brush and adjust stroke width = ALL previously created brush strokes will now change to the newly selected stroke size
What should happen:
- Select Calligraphy Brush
- Draw with brush
- Deselect
- Start a new line, adjust stroke size and only the currently selected line or new brush strokes adjusts

This has ruined many things I try to do on the ipad and just do only outlines now until I can get to a computer to use the mouse and the not broken version.

Yes it is frustrating but here is my workaround. Open brush pallet and duplicate brush by clicking on your brush and sliding it down to New Brush button. Now you can use that brush and edit it without affecting other brush strokes on your document. Do this every time you need a new brush width etc.

By the way guys, if you havent solved this issue—here is a work around until Adobe comes on here and addresses this issue.
What youre going to have to do is "expand" your path. This will create a vector image, rather than a brush. Its the only fix I have so far. If your path is made of multiple strokes and you then want to join them after its been expanded (as not one shape)—then go to pathfinder, and unite your path.

This is very frustrating , I like the freedom of playing around with the stokes with my designs on 1 page. Surely there a solution to this.

Unfortunately the poor brush management UI makes using this app highly frustrating. For now, I must keep using competitor products.

There’s an extremely inconvenient issue when changing brush stroke sizes in the document. Say you’re working with a Round 3 Brush Size but wish to decrease down to 1 for smaller details. All round brush strokes in the document will change to the newly desired size, including the ones on a completely different and locked layer.
It’ll only work if you choose a completely different style brush to work with. Adobe, please look into this as it completely defeats the purpose of the brush tool for us IPad Pro users using the Apple Pencil.

Cannot draw with different brush settings, without all previous strokes converting to new settings! Even when strokes are deselected and even locked
It’s a bit of a deal breaker unfortunately -

When I have drawn one thing, and want to draw something new with a new size brush, it changes the size of the already drawn.
It would be VERY nice, if it was possible to draw with 2+ different sizes of brush!

Here is an example of what I mean, is there anyway to stop this?

When I change the paint brush size it changes the size of every other stroke on the document Making it impossible for me to use different size brush strokes with the paint brush. There anyway to fix this?
