Doesn't allow export or shows blank screen
Selecting export .psd or .pdf either yields an error message saying that my project cannot be exported, or it works and then shows a blank screen when it should show the options on where to export.

Sara, does it happen with all the files or only this one?
Was it happening with this file in the previous version of Ai? Can you install it and test it?
What are your full OS specs?Can you share the file for the team to test, here in the comment or via sharewithai@adobe.com?
