Eyedropper tool does not work
It does not pick up colour and just goes blank or black. Tried to find solutions online, can anyone please help?

Jess, can you record a short video on this problem, and display the properties for those object you try to pick from and transfer to?
Ideally, the team would have to have access to the file to investigate it.
