Artboard reference point bug
No matter where the reference point is set (see screenshot), when resizing the artboard Illustrator acts as if it was in the bottom left corner. It started in previous version and persists in v30. In a document with one artboard it's annoying, in a document with 40 artboards it makes work impossible.

We have fixed this issue and it is available in Beta build - 30.0.0.21
Please update to this latest Beta and share your observations.

Thank you! I was looking for it in preferences and somehow missed this one :)
I turned it off and after turning it on again I can't replicate the glitch. If it comes back I'll record it. The glitch: name duplicated when the artboard was moved or resized. The duplicated name dissapeared when zoomed in and out/panned.

Lola, you can disable it in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display, with the 'Show Artboard name on canvas' option.
The request about it is this one: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/40405873
Glitches are known to the team, but please still record a small video, to make sure it’s the same nature. -

It works as intended!
Not a fan of artboard's name being displayed tho. It also glitches when resizing/moving the artboard.

Great to hear that!

I confirm. The reference point locator inside of the Artboard Options dialog applies only to the X/Y coordinates, but not to the Width/Height fields (and it goes after this block, so it can be treated as expected).
However, when I try to do the same in Control or Properties panels, it works as expected.
