Hi friends! I have some great news for your today. Rotate View (Canvas) feature is available in Illustrator 25.3 (Desktop) now. Thank you all for your feedback which helped us shape up this feature.

Yes please, maybe collaborate with the Photoshop team on how to add this feature because they have this feature for a very long time.

Yes I will vote to make this happen, just like a proxy in Premiere Pro where you can use to make a faster workflow, and not crash Illustrator like if you have a very complex vector background that is you're not going to edit often. This is a really big help.
