    I`m now using previous Illustrator 27.9.3 and look like all good.

    I think a couple of months ago. Maybe in the middle or in the end of February.
    I just thought that I have this bug because of Astute Graphics plugins I use, but looks like it's not the case.

    I have same problem.

    Windows 11 Professional x64 23H2
    Intel Core i7-12700H
    32 Gb RAM
    Nvidia RTX 4050 Laptop GPU (Driver 551.61)
    Illustrator 28.3
    4K Dell U3223QE using Display Port to USB-C cabel
