add the ability to group some artboards and give them a unique name to be easy to select them all and rearrange them in the drawing area easily

Artboards may contain different objects from different layers... There is no easy way to lock/hide/select all the layers on specific artboard.
It will be a nice Idea to lock/hide/select all layers/objects based on the artboard.
I wish I can do these operation in artboard panel and this feature may lead me to ask why not to Filter Layers by artboard in the Layers panel?!! -

actually this behavior occurred in an old work I have collect it from a friend and I couldn’t modify some color in it. even when I copy past it in a new document.
and no that behavior didn’t apply in a new document.
I have check all possible effects may be apply to that object. but nothing on it.
I am attaching a file after I isolate that behavior in a separated file.
