View > Trim View command does this. By default, it does not have a hotkey assigned to it, but you can map it to the one you prefer in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.

This can be done with View > Trim View command.
You can assign any hotkey you want to it.
There is also a Presentation mode, but it does a slightly different thing.

Thank you, Egor! Good to know it was in the view menu options and I was just oblivious of the functionality. I just mapped the shortcut as you suggested. Much appreciated : )
