    this issue is still find in the iilustrator 27.6.1.
    I'm using the lastest version wacom driver.
    The only method to come across this problem is disabling GPU.
    As I like the GPU performance on illustrator so much, hope this could be fix soon.
    Display card: nvidia GeForce RTX 3080

    now is 2021, still can't add gradient to CC library.... frustrated
