We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved
a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.An error occurred while saving the comment -

An error occurred while saving the comment It’s actually crazy how often this freezes on me at this point. It’s not really even workable because it freezes after one second and then doesn’t save my work…. Please fix this I beg

Same thing is happening to me it will freeze after 45 seconds of doing work then I have to close out of the app and swipe up and once I go back in it doesn’t even save my work. Honestly, it’s so frustrating and feels pointless to use… It’s wasting so much time and erasing so much work.
