- Any file newly created or existing can only be saved to Adobe Cloud Storage and not the local computer.
- Any file newly created or existing can not "Export As".
- Both "Save As" and "Export As" options are available in the drop-down menu though nothing happens (no pop-up window) when choosing these options.
- I have tried much of what I have found online in forums.
- Force Quitting with and without sending feedback to Adobe.
- Unchecking and checking "Documents Folder" and "Downloads Folder" in Security and Privacy Settings - force quitting throughout these stages. (I do not have "Desktop Folder" as an option in these settings btw.
- Unchecking the "Full Disk Access" box to enable actions to the point above.
What did make a slight difference?
- Removing additional monitors (2 external monitors) enabled the pop-up window to show for both "Save As" and "Export As", however with no details inside - I can not do anything with the window, only escape out of it.Interestingly, I have full features and functionality for the same macOS and Illustrator versions on my Macbook Pro. So my workflow is designing on the iMac and "Export" or "Save As" from my MacBook Pro (no monitors attached) - though this is a highly cumbersome workflow considering the fees I pay for your products.
The same issues are now occurring in Acrobat Pro.

Yes. It’s fixed now. The loss in productivity while still paying full price is disgusting.
