An error occurred while saving the comment Petite Gentlemen LLC commentedI am having the same problem. Can we please get a resolution to this? In my case it doesn't update with a restart of either device from desktop to Ipad or Ipad to desktop.

We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.

Same here, the app freezes and closes just when trying to open a file.
