I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

The issue is still there. As seen in the attached image. The gradient cannot be applied across if the stroke is placed inside or outside. Not sure how it can be reported as fixed?

New version and still broken, even after getting an email response from Adobe support saying that the problem was fixed?

I found a complicated work around. If i move the character palette to the laptop screen and click the x beside the current font name (without the dropdown list open), i can get the scrollbar back!

New Version today, and although you have said its fixed - it is NOT. The gradient cannot be applied across the stroke if the stroke is placed inside or outside. Which makes zero sense since i can apply it centered then use the offset path to position correctly.
