We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.

YES PLEASE!
Yes, being able to rotate the view would be great. I don't mean by fixed 90 degree angles, I mean rotating the view like we can rotate an object - pick an origin point, then rotate with snapping.
When drawing maps with blocks that are angled, this feature would let me rotate my view ACCURATELY and work at that angle, rather than rotating the objects themselves.
User ktoheb's comment below is a separate issue - rotating the UI for the device for portrait/landscape screen. The request I'm asking for is to just be able to rotate the view freely.
