    Available in 30.8.54 Beta build.

    Choose 'Auto find missing links from this folder' in the relink dialog's Replace dropdown when relinking a missing image. Illustrator scans the document and silently relinks every other missing link whose file name matches a file in the same folder, including all instances of the same image.

    In my opinion this would be the best possible update that Adobe could possibly do to Illustrator.
