I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.3.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Is anyone else seeing this effect, but as if the entire user interface has been "supersized?" In 2019 (23.0) I see every UI element—every button, tool, panel, and drawing element—is oversized with respect to their 2018 (22.1) counterparts. I created another thread on this, but maybe it is the same that everyone is seeing here?

Ah. My issue was the UI scaling: Preferences > User Interface > UI Scaling. New to 2019. So if any of you are seeing scaling issue in the user interface and your on-screen design elements, be sure to check this setting out. For me, UI scaling to its smallest setting was the closest to "correct."
