    That did not work either. In fact, Illustrator just basically froze. I had to terminate the program from the Task Manager.

    Munim Hussain - I am using AI2020 also, with a Wacom Cintiq - your suggestion did not work for me.

    I am having the same problem. It appears as though this issue was acknowledged by Adobe in April 2019...should it take this long to fix it?
