An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment David Craig commentedSometimes when I use the eyedropper tool to change the color of text or objects, the fill color says it has changed, but the object looks the same. For example, in the screenshot, the text is selected and the fill color says it should be purple, but it is black.

Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.
An error occurred while saving the comment David Craig commentedI am having the same issue. See attached screenshot. The objects are clearly white, yet the appearance panel insists they are brown.
No apology necessary, Dana. I feel your pain! Clearly the devs at Adobe have no idea how to fix the issue, and that's why it keeps appearing in each and every AI update, despite numerous complaints.
