I'm experiencing this same issue. I'm saving to a network drive so that may have something to do with it. But i think it's an issue with the new "Background Save" going on, which doesn't seem to work because if you start doing something else within the document while it's saving it seems to generate this error as well.

it's definitely replicable, in that when it starts to happen it keeps happening. Something about adding the shift button in too quickly after the click.
