Illustrator 26.0.1 64-bit Windows 10I'm running an external screen at a slightly higher resolution than my desktop and there is a different windows display UI scaling factor applied to both. I feel this might be the cause.

Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

Illustrator TeamAn error occurred while saving the comment Luuk Akkerman commentedSame here. Illustrator 26.0.1 64-bit Windows 10 all updated.
Dell latitude 5410.Only happens when opening a new file on external screen. Not on laptop's own screen.
I assume the cause will either be in different resolution or (combination with) different windows UI scaling factor applied to each screen.Hitting tab twice (show/hide all palettes) fixes it instantaneously without the need for reopening file or restarting program.

An error occurred while saving the comment Luuk Akkerman commentedHad the same problem for some weeks running Illustrator cc 24.0.1 on Win10.
Now I installed 24.0.2 just a sec ago the problems are gone.
@egor
Why is this intended? Better readability for most-used menus? Depends heavily on user and type of work so cannot see the logic in only applying to these?
